Healthy Flourless Banana Bread
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
3-4 ripe bananas
2 eggs
2 cups old fashion rolled oats
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Dash of salt
Optional: chocolate chips, walnuts
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 5 or 8 x 8 pan with non stick cooking spray + set aside
Place all ingredients into mixing bowl or blender. Blend until smooth
Pour batter into pan + add toppings of your choice! I use chocolate chips, walnuts & oats
Bake for 30-45 minutes
