Healthy Flourless Banana Bread

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 3-4 ripe bananas

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 cups old fashion rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Dash of salt

  • Optional: chocolate chips, walnuts

DIRECTIONS:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 5 or 8 x 8 pan with non stick cooking spray + set aside

  • Place all ingredients into mixing bowl or blender. Blend until smooth

  • Pour batter into pan + add toppings of your choice! I use chocolate chips, walnuts & oats

  • Bake for 30-45 minutes

  • Enjoy guilt free!
