Beauty Product Review: Vari Beauty
Self tanner has been in my skincare routine for years now, and I’ve tried a ton. A few months ago I was gifted some skincare products by Vari Beauty and I’m giving you my honest opinion on the products I used!
To start - when you go to their website you can take a skincare quiz which will help you figure out your skin type and what products would work best for you!
Blue Color Enhancing Primer: When I took my skin quiz it suggested that I use the blue color enhancing primer which will help to balance out the orange tones in my skin. Not a lot of people that self tan use primer, and it’s not necessarily essential, but I feel like it really helps when prepping my skin. Not only does Vari’s primer balance your tan but it also keeps you hydrated (which makes for the best tan) and is infused with vitamins to feed your skin.
Dark Exotic Vacation Tan: This is the darkest version of their self tanning foam. It gives you a really good bronzed tan - I seriously look like I just got back from the beach when I put this on! Although it does have immediate color, let it sit for about 3-4 hours to see the full developed color. What I also like about this dark foam is that it is moisturizing and has tons of skin benefits like amino acids, antioxidants and vitamins!
Facial Tanning Serum: This step I do last and just put it right onto my face. The serum is really light weight and a gives really subtle color on your face. I will put 10 drops in my hand and rub it onto my face before doing my skincare routine before bed and will just give me a little glow when I wake up.
